Magic Pick ("the app", "we", "us") is developed by Itay Stern and Ariel Rotenberg. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app. The short version: we do not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything below explains exactly why.
Magic Pick does not require an account, does not connect to the internet to function, and does not collect any personal information. The app has no backend server and does not transmit any data anywhere.
The app stores a small number of preferences locally on your device only, using standard on-device storage (never sent to us or anyone else):
None of this is personal, identifiable, or ever leaves your device. Deleting the app removes all of it.
Magic Pick does not request or use access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive device permission. The game works entirely with on-screen touch input.
The app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs. No data is shared with third parties because no data is collected in the first place.
Magic Pick does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the app collects no data at all, it does not collect data from children either, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Since Magic Pick does not collect or store any personal data on any server, there is no personal data for us to access, export, or delete on your behalf under GDPR, CCPA, or similar privacy laws. Any locally stored preferences are entirely under your control and are removed when you uninstall the app.
If Magic Pick's data practices ever change (for example, if we add an optional feature that requires network access), this page will be updated and the "Effective" date above will change accordingly.
